During Claude's chocolate sampling session, you will be introduced to a new and exciting world of tastes and fragrances, including those of dried fruits, exotic wood, vanilla and tobacco.

You will be invited to sample and tell the difference between a variety of chocolates of absolute world class quality, with different characteristics and varying contents of cocoa, from manufacturers such as Valrhona and Michel Cluizel, among others.

The chocolate sampling is combined with sampling of port and madeira wines. Claude also talks about the history of cocoa and various myths related to this phenomenal food.

Different qualities of cocoa beans and the process of chocolate production are other interesting subjects.
